Great Product at a Great Price,

I bought 2 of these for add-ons to 28128EE2. They work great right out the box. They synched with the base unit automatically, as advertised in 10 seconds. The cell phones link via Bluetooth, as advertised. I don't know how the people that wrote the bad reviews screwed up the setup unless there was an anomaly with their specific units - I kinda doubt it. People have a tendency to complain about the product when they mess up and order the wrong thing.

I purchased the base unit for Christmas. We have been using it and liked it, we have had no problems with it what so ever, so I purchased 3 more of the handsets.
All work just as good as the original. We are happy with them.
However, learning to use them is a learning curve. Placing someone on speakerphone is easy, after 3 months I do not know how to take them off of it. Stuff like this is frustrating. But overall it does what it says and it does it well.

Great phone along with its base station. Full of features including cell phone answering, although pc software that comes with phone for maintaining directory, etc does not appear to be Vista compatible. Everything I need with a great price as well. One of my extra handsets would not register with base station so Digital Etc swapped out with great ease. Good vendor. Excellent purchase and very happy.
GS Cell Fusion Hand Set,

This product is supposed to be a add on hand set for the 28128EE2A GE Cell Fusion Base. This will not register to the base station! This is not a Cell Fusion hand set it is a newer model, this hand set is a series B were my base is a series A. I have tried two different one of these and neither one would register to the base station. Called both the customer service line for GE and this distributer. Both parties assisted in trying to get this to register, neither one was successful. I was told be both parties that this series B was made to work with the Series A base station.
Didn't Register,

This additional phones I ordered never registered to the base. I made sure the two additional phone model numbers would work with the orginial set of phones. I charged the phone for the 16 hours required and tried to register the two new phone. Didn't work. Called the customer service reps with Thompson to help, still did not register. I returned the phones back to the orginial merchant and had two more sent to me. Went through the process again, even these phones did not register! I sent the whole thing back and requested a refund. Frustrating!
